Digital home for the Neverdone fitness community - runs, weekly schedule, stats and stories, all editable by the club through a Firestore-backed admin panel.
Always ready. Never done. The Neverdone Club is a fitness community that meets for group runs and outdoor sessions - and this is its digital home: upcoming runs, the weekly schedule, stats, stories and a gallery.
The homepage reads everything from Firestore with a hardcoded fallback, so it always renders. Editing happens at /admin behind a single Firebase Auth login - the club updates runs and stories right in the browser, and changes go live within about a minute.
Built with Next.js 16, TypeScript, Firebase and GSAP - plus a 30-second story reel produced with HyperFrames.
